Holding 8–10% moisture across kiln batches

Consistent moisture is the basis of dimensional stability in the finished element. That is why we monitor and log moisture throughout the drying cycle, not only at the end.
Each batch runs a defined drying schedule by species and thickness, with moisture metered repeatedly and logged per order. The aim is for delivery to arrive within the 8–10% range, with the record supplied alongside the goods.
This discipline reduces complaints and downstream cost at the customer and delivers repeatable results across larger batches — which is essential for series production of furniture and joinery.
