Cut-to-size at ±0.2 mm tolerances

Cut-to-size only makes sense if it is precise and repeatable. We hold thickness and length within ±0.2 mm across the whole batch, not just on individual pieces.

We achieve this with calibrated lines, regular tooling checks and in-process measurement. When a parameter drifts, we correct it before it affects the batch.

For the customer this means less rework and less waste: elements arrive at the specified dimensions and fit directly into downstream production, with no re-cutting.
