Bed slats and base components for series supply

Bed slats and base elements are produced in large, repeatable batches. We make flat beech slats only — in widths of 25, 35, 40, 45 and 50 mm and 20 mm thickness — to the customer specification for dimensions and lengths.

The material is dried to target moisture and checked for knots and cracks, because these elements carry load. We palletise and pack them for direct dispatch into furniture production.

This format suits customers who need a steady, predictable flow of elements — with the same geometry and quality throughout the year.
