Bed slats and base components for series supply

Bed slats and base elements are produced in large, repeatable batches. We make both flat and curved (laminated) slats, to the customer specification for dimensions and radius.

The material is dried to target moisture and checked for knots and cracks, because these elements carry load. We palletise and pack them for direct dispatch into furniture production.
